Older and other versions
The BFBS was the sponsoring agency of this 1913 version. It is worth noting that there was a great changeover in 1904, referring to the Greek text to be used as the basis for the translations into persian and other languages.
The text used for translation starting in 1904 (implemented gradually until full implementation in 1910) was a new Greek text collated by errant academics.
The older versions are still available. Please compare the versions for yourself and make your own determination. [ earlier is better according to Professor (oxford) burgon. ]
The older versions include:
Arabic New Testament - Nouveau Testament Arabe - Arapça Yeni Ahit - Arabisch Neuen Testament - Árabe del Nuevo Testamento - Árabe Novo Testamento
